How can I have my card reissued?
Select the account on the app’s home screen. Then select the card → "Reissue".
You will have to specify the reason for ordering a card reissue. You can choose one from the list of suggested reasons: theft, loss, other.
Your active card will get blocked immediately and irreversibly. A card reissue fee will be charged according to your price plan.
You can order your card reissued by phone. Just call the bank at 8 800 333-33-33 and tell the robot: "I want my card reissued".
How do I order an extra card?
Select the account you want on the home screen → tap the "+" icon on the account screen next to your main card image.
You can have as many as 5 supplementary cards issued for each of your accounts. Give these extra cards to your family or friends and share the same account. Any cashback earned on the supplementary cards will go to your main card. You will be able to track spending on each supplementary card, and you can set spending limits.
How can I have a virtual card issued?
Select the account you want on the home screen → tap the "+" icon next to the main card image on the account screen → name the person the card is for → "Digital".
A supplementary virtual card is good to have for online shopping and monthly subscriptions. If you set a limit on your virtual card that is equal to the cost of your subscription, you will never have to worry that your card may get overcharged.
You can have up to 5 supplementary virtual cards issued for each of your accounts. The details of your virtual card can be easily gleaned from the app: select the virtual card on the home screen → "Bank details".
