How do I get a prompt reply?

When you contact Tinkoff support via chat, it’s as official as contacting us by email or making a phone call to the bank. Your queries are answered by qualified operators: it typically takes only a few minutes to resolve an issue via chat.
You don’t have to check your chat thread while waiting for a response. If you see that it’s taking the operator some time to put together sufficient information to answer your query, you can simply close the app. We will notify you when the answer is ready.

Will I get help if I don’t speak Russian?

Where can I view the support chat history?

Our support chat room is synced via Tinkoff app for all your devices and your profile on tinkoff.ru. You can get in touch with our support team any time, on any gadget. Chat history is linked to your Tinkoff account: it won’t get lost, not even if you get a new phone or change your number.

How do I learn the app’s functionality?

If there’s something you can’t find, feel free to contact us on chat. Our staff will send you a link to the function or service you are looking for, or they will do everything if you have no time to figure it out yourself.

How can I send money to a friend really fast?

The "Chat" tab offers more than merely a way of contacting our support team. You can use it to promptly get in touch with your friends, if they are also Tinkoff customers. You can instantly send cash to each other right in the chat room, and it’s free. This is especially convenient when you are trying to raise money for a collective gift, or you need to remind someone to pay you back for a restaurant meal.
When you need to quickly send money to a friend, go to their chat profile, tap "₽" and enter the amount.

How do I submit documents to the bank?

To answer your query or enable a new service for you, we will sometimes ask you for some documents we need. With our support chat room, this would only take a minute: simply upload scans or photos of the papers we requested. Our chat room and app are securely protected. It is safer to send us documents via chat than it is to email them.
