$FIZZ National Beverage Corp. FIZZ, -0.37% on Thursday said its board declared a special cash dividend of $3 per share. The company said the dividend will be paid on or before Feb. 11 to shareholders of record on Dec. 13. “With this special cash dividend, our eleventh in the past 17 years, Fizz holders will have received $13.28 per share or over $1.2 billion,” a company spokesperson said.
